KINDLY THANK OUR GOVERNOR FOR ME. BUT DO ALERT HIM THAT STAFF OF AKWA IBOM STATE UNIVERSITY MKPAT ENIN HAVE BEEN OWED THEIR DUE SALARIES FOR ABOUT 26MONTHS NOW.

WE ARE AWARE THAT OUR VC/ MGT NEVER INFORMED THE GOVERNOR OF THE SALARY STRUCTURE AGAINST WHICH WE HAVE BEEN SHORT CHANGED;HENCE WE HAVE RESISTED PERSUATION FROM THEM TO STRIKE AND DISCREDIT GOVT.

WE ARE SURE THAT IF THE GOVERNOR, OUR VISITOR KNOWS OF THIS SALARIES WHICH IS BEING IMPLEMENTED IN ALL UNIVERSITIES IN NIGERIA EXCEPT AKSU,HE WILL ORDER THAT IT BE PAID TO US INCLUDING THE AREARS.EVEN NOW THAT THE NEW MINIMUM WAGE HAS BEEN AGREED UPON, OUR FATE IS NOT CERTAIN. KINDLY HELP YOU SUFFERING AKSU LECTURERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF.
